- The English pair will be stopping in for dates in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne.
Experimental duo Autechre are set to stop in to Australia next month for a series of live dates.
So far, Rob Brown and Sean Booth have enjoyed a busy a busy 2010, releasing their tenth full-length via Warp Records alongside a series of headline festival slots around the UK and Europe. Production-wise, the pair have been active since the late '80s, experimenting with just about every genre under the electronic music banner in the decades following. Recent years have seen Autechre just as varied in their interests, though musically, they've retained the strands of techno and hip-hop that characterised their work throughout the '90s.
Brown and Booth will be playing thee Australian in late May, kicking the tour off with a show at the Capitol in Perth, then moving on for shows at The Forum and Hi-Fi Bar in Sydney and Melbourne over the following two nights.
