  • Berliners will be treated to some elegantly spaced-out house and disco this Saturday night, as Reagenz and The Revenge are co-headlining a party together at Horst Krzbrg. Consisting of Jonah Sharp and David Moufang (better known as Move D), Reagenz is currently one of clubland's most enthralling live acts. Their recent album Playtime, with its glistening mix of deep house, ambient and post-rock, earned top ratings here at Resident Advisor and further accolades from Pitchfork and Little White Earbuds. In addition to playing live with Jonah Sharp, Move D will deliver a solo DJ set, mixing up his stellar collection of classic and contemporary house records. Scottish DJ and producer The Revenge will also appear behind the decks solo, and alongside his frequent collaborator Craig Smith as 6th Borough Project. Judging by their recent EPs on Instruments Of Rapture and Delusions Of Grandeur, these two are sure to stir up a bright and funky disco vibe. Local jocks Ali Herron and Katovl Menovsky will round off the bill, along with UK duo Deep Space Orchestra. For a taste of what the party potentially has in store, check out this recording of Reagenz at last year's Decibel Festival.
