Laurent Garnier goes all night long at Circus

- The Frenchman will play a five-hour set at the Liverpool party's Christmas bash.
- Laurent Garnier will top the bill at Circus's Christmas party on Sunday 27th December. Yousef's Liverpool-based bash has had a sterling 2009, hosting performances from Luciano, DJ Sneak, Joris Voorn, Stephan Bodzin, Loco Dice, Seth Troxler and celebrating its seventh birthday along the way. Their Christmas shindig will see a return to their usual Barfly venue after a couple of parties at the huge Nation club, but don't expect the programming to suffer. Garnier is a firm Circus favourite, and will take control of the venue's theatre space for the entire duration of the party. While the Frenchman will no doubt span a variety of genres and tempos throughout his five-hour performance, the loft room will be firmly focused on techno and tech-house sounds, with sets planned for Marco Carola, Paul Ritch, and Yousef himself. Punters looking for a more jagged take on the four-to-the-floor template will also be catered for in room three, with Dirtybird's Justin Martin set to make the trip over from San Francisco especially for the night.
