  • NET28 have announced that they will be winding down their operations by the end of 2009 in a statement released earlier this week. The Madrid-based label collective is comprised of Alex Under's CMYKmusik, Damian Schwartz's Mupa, Tadeo's Cyclical Tracks and Imek's Apnea, and while all four of these imprints will continue to release separately, both the main NET28 label and its booking agency will be discontinued come the start of the next decade. It isn't all bad news for fans of Spanish techno, however: The same statement also revealed that there will be various new labels and projects that will be unveiled in the coming months.
