- The Berlin-based producer will release his second solo album in October.
Meteosound owner Daniel Meteo is set to release a new solo album on his own label later this year.
Working Class is the follow-up record to 2006's Peruments, and sees the Berlin-based producer leave his dubby broken sound behind to experiment with a mix of electronica and house music. Most of the record has a low-key downtempo vibe, with the Moodymann-esque title track and the soulful "Return Of The Pure" keeping things deep, although there are a few concessions to club compatibility. On "In The Mood," Meteo aims for an accessible vocal house anthem, and there are more traditional tribal house tracks such as "Grace," but the album tails off with a trio of piano exercises and ambient tracks.
