- The clubbing brand will begin its first residency in New York later this month.
It seems like it should have happened long before now considering its wide reach, but Ministry of Sound recently announced that it will finally have a residency in New York City.
Ministry, of course, is well known around the world as one of the largest clubbing brands, and they'll be taking their unique experience to Gotham in late January for a number of shows that promise to "combine the world's best music with sexy entertainment in a chic environment." That environment will be none other than Mansion, the former site of Crobar and Studio Mezmor. The music? Starkillers, Andy Caldwell, David Vendetta and Katherine Ellis, who will be performing "When You Touch Me" live. Expect costumes, design and music in line with the MoS ethos and, as Artie Arboleda and Joey Morrissey—the duo behind bringing the concept to the venue—tell it, "a return to proper nightlife."
