SHALT will release a new EP on Astral Plane Recordings on September 1st.
?ælt is the London producer's third release for the Los Angeles label, following last year's Inertia and the RA Recommended Acheron EPs. It's the first in a series of singles by SHALT that are meant to focus on "sound mechanic and loop-based dance forms." According to the label, the BPMs slow down on ?ælt, while keeping the "sheer physicality and cataclysmic sound design" of his previous records intact. It follows records by E.M.M.A., Chants and LOFT.
