- A new LP from the Japanese producer lands in July.
Mule Musiq has revealed details of a new album from Kuniyuki Takahashi, called Newwave Project.
The Japanese producer is a longtime Mule Musiq affiliate, having put out close to a dozen full-lengths and many more EPs and singles through the label over the years. With his latest LP, we're told he expands on the sound of the Newwave Project #2 12-inch he put out in 2015, which combined his trademark deep house style with material reflecting his love of EBM, new wave and industrial music. It arrives on CD and double-vinyl in late July.
Mule Musiq's mid-2017 release plans also include an LP from Lake People and, by way of its Endless Flight offshoot, a Sascha Funke album—the German artist's first in nine years.
