  • A new Romanian festival called Interval Natural will happen for the first time in September. Taking place at the 13th century Râ?nov Citadel in central Romania's Bra?ov County, the 1,000-capacity event is helmed by the same team that threw the Interval 100-hour party in 2015. The upcoming Interval Natural session will be the first time Râ?nov Citadel—one of Romania's best-known historical landmarks—has been used for an electronic music event. Artists pushing lean house and techno make up most of the festival's bill. Live techno act Mathew Jonson is confirmed, along with veteran minimalists Onur Özer, Thomas Melchior, DJ Masda and Cab Drivers. Sebastian Mullaert and Leafar Legov round out the international contingent, which is backed up with slots from homegrown acts such as Mihigh, Captain Midnight and Dannilov.
