  • Decibel Festival will not be going forward for 2016. The Seattle gathering, which has been happening every year since 2013, will not take place this fall. The decision follows founder Sean Horton's relocation from Seattle to Los Angeles, after taking a job from Red Bull (a long-time Decibel sponsor). Instead, this year Re-Bar owner Michael Manahan, along with a host of past Decibel volunteers, will host a festival called Chance Of Rain from September 29th through October 2nd (the same week that Decibel usually happens). Details on that are still TBA. Read founder Sean Horton's statement in full over at The Stranger.
