People Of Earth take over the Panther Room

- Kai Alcé will rep for the Atlanta-based label in Brooklyn next month.
- People Of Earth will host a label night in the Panther Room at Brooklyn's Output on Saturday, July 23rd. Atlanta deep house veteran Michael Scott founded the label last year, and has since put out records from Kai Alcé, Reggie Dokes, Anaxander and DJ Aakmael. Next up is a 12-inch from Detroit producer Patrice Scott called Odyss' Dance, which is due out in the fall. Before that drops, the label crew will head to Brooklyn for a party at the Panther Room—the smaller space at Output—on Saturday, July 23rd. Kai Alcé is scheduled to DJ with the label boss himself and DJ Aakmael. In the main room that night the club will have a live modular and DJ set from Italian techno spiritualist Lucy, playing alongside DVS1, Anthony Parasole, Antenes and Mary Yuzovskaya. It's a make-up gig from when Lucy had to cancel a brief tour in February due to illness. Check out samples of the forthcoming Odyss Dance. Tickets are available on RA.
