- The experimental grime producer will drop his new EP in November.
Mr. Mitch will make his Planet Mu debut with Don't Leave, a four-track EP due out November 4th.
Mitch is a member of Boxed, a London-based party that hosts a regular club night for instrumental grime at Dalston spot Birthdays. Flanked by fellowed Boxed residents Logos, Slackk and Oil Gang, the British DJ, producer and Gobstopper label head is part of a crew of experimentally-minded producers stretching the grime format to its abstract extremes.
His Don't Leave EP for Planet Mu follows a 2011 remix for the Butterz label, as well as a 2012 EP for Slit Jockey and 12-inch for the American label Hot Mom USA last year. The record precedes a forthcoming album for Planet Mu, Parallel Memories, due out later in 2014. Clips of the EP are available for streaming at the Planet Mu website.
