  • Unsound festival has announced a four-day showcase in London, running from September 26th through 29th. Though the annual festival in Krakow remains Unsound's flagship event, in recent times it's expanded into new territories, including New York and Adelaide. Its latest venture sees it heading to London for a mini-festival, which will take place across several venues, including BFI Southbank, LSO St Luke's and Café Oto. It opens on September 26th with an event at BFI called Concealed, a collaboration between Unsound favourites Demdike Stare, visual artist Michael England and string players from Sinfonietta Cracovia. On Friday, September 27th, Unsound will host a live A/V show from Lustmord at St Luke's Church. The 28th sees a showcase co-hosted by London promoters BleeD Music: Forest Swords, Durian Brothers and Robert Piotrowicz have been confirmed for that one, with further artists to be added to the bill over the coming weeks. The event wraps up on September 29th at Dalston venue Café Oto, with Innode, BNNT, Stara Rzeka and Napalm Death co-founder Nicholas Bullen (who recently released a solo album through Type) all locked in. Organisers say tickets for the four events will have to be bought separately.
