  • Rrose will headline a party in Denver this Saturday. A former affiliate of the now-defunct Sandwell District label, these days Rrose releases most of his experimentally tinged techno tracks through his own Eaux label. He came to Denver back in September to play the city's Great American Techno Festival, and this time he's billed for an extended set at a cosy private space called The Would Shop 2.0. Rrose should see some familiar faces: the party is being hosted by the local imprint Emote Music, and John Templeton, who helps run Emote Music and organizes GATF, will be one of the night's supporting acts. Along with Rrose, one other out-of-state artist, Tiari from Detroit, is also confirmed. The party is scheduled to run until 6:00 AM. Only pre-sale tickets are available—there will be no tickets sold at the door. The cost of entry includes three drinks, cheese and crackers and an early-morning breakfast, and a BYOB policy will also be in effect.
