Fortyone background
Fortyone records with origins in Basel Switzerland, is a group made out of musicians, DJs and music lovers who grew up in an environment influenced by different music cultures and styles. The name “Fortyone” reflects the origin of the label using the numbers 4 and 1 which are the first to digits of Basel’s postal code.
The main goal of Fortyone records is to share its passion for electronic music with the rest of the world, giving the talented artists of the region an opportunity to make their music public and accessible for everyone in and outside of Switzerland.
