About

  • Lifelong friends, Ian Considine and Neil Parnell (AKA Tronik Youth) have forever held an interest in electronic music and have been involved in some way or other with clubs and dance music since the late 1980s. They started their first, now infamous club night, Snake way back in the early 90s, and ran a succession of parties over the following 10 years before getting seriously into production, including Neils No Dice Edits. Jump forward to 2012 and they eventually form a record label together, along with Ians son, Jonah Considine. Originally formed to release Tronik Youth records, and the odd one from those that they love and admire, Nein has built built up a roster of producers that now create and release through the label. 2015 will be their busiest yet, but rest assured, the quality will remain in all future signings. They have, for the last two years since forming Nein Records, built up a huge reputation for releasing highly discerning tracks, often collaborating with industry giants such as Bufi, Hardway Bros, In Flagranti, and Munk, to name but a few. Their releases have received widespread support from all manner of performers including Tensnake, Optimo, Andy Weatherall, Sean Johnson, Justin Robertson, Kiwi, Morgan Hammer, Headman, Emperor Machine, Vito Aeroplane, Horse Meat Disco, Richard Norris and many others.
