Following the release their eponymously titled debut album, February & Mars have taken to the road. With a full live line up, the core duo of Carl Ramberg and Jack Considine, are backed by Alan Primes on percussion, and Paul Clarke on guitar. The bands muscular grasp of their vintage synths and drum machines, are offset perfectly by these latest members, and the organic swing that comes with them.
Desert grooves and rich textures sit atop the haunting melody that gives February & Mars their signature sound, a sound that has at last been transformed from the studio to the stage. Not to be missed.

The foundations are grooves as solid as west of Ireland rock. Shimmering keys and guitar lines intertwine with Jack Considine's plaintive vocals. It's a work of considerable depth & no little grace. It rises above the many different stands of influences to create something entirely new & all their own. John Daly's subtle production serves it well. It's one of the most impressive debuts of this or any other year. "
