The annual awards ceremony takes a look back at some of the year’s greatest accomplishments and celebrates all aspects of the UK scene. With prizes up for grabs in over twenty categories as voted for by the public, this landmark event is securing its place as a prominent feature in the UK music calendar with 2015 set to be its biggest and boldest celebration yet. Nestled away in the heart of Central London, the legendary Heaven nightclub has long proven itself as a hotspot for attracting some of the greatest talent over the past 35 years and will host this event for the very first time. With a state of the art sound system and stage setup, Heaven provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. This will be the biggest ever Best of British showcase and will set a new precedent for the awards as a whole. Made up from a selection of 2015’s nominee’s, taken from categories such as ‘Outstanding Contribution’, ‘Best Large Club’, ‘Best Residents’, ‘Best Festival’ , ‘Best Label’, ‘Best Tune’ and ‘Best Album’ amongst others, this special occasion will welcome only the very finest names of 2015. The night itself will feature a headline set from the winner of the ‘Best DJ’ category which will be revealed on the night, in addition to many other special guest performances taking place from start to finish. These include a wide range of the nation’s favourite figures that have stood above the rest over the past twelve months and have each earned their place on this stellar line-up. These range from established British icons such as the legendary Leftfield, drum and bass heroes Fabio & Grooverider, Nocturnal Sunshine, Paul Woolford’s alter-ego Special Request, ViVA MUSiC boss Steve Lawler, disco supremo The Revenge, underground favourite Tim Green, and Circus’s architect Yousef, through to those that have made their mark as the greatest up and coming breakthrough talent over the past year such as the Queen of Defected Sam Divine, Phonox’s celebrated Saturday night resident Jasper James, Toolroom’s brilliant Weiss and Eli & Fur.
