Moomia presents le freak, c’est chic
with DJs Thomas Pategas and Danielle Nicole
Thomas Pategas has made a name for himself in the NYC nightlife scene in a relatively short amount of time. Over the years, he's gained an extremely loyal following by spinning funky house tracks poured over chunky bass lines - a unique sound that has made him one of the top DJs in NYC nightlife. Often leaning towards the darker side of house music, he's mastered the winning craft of bringing funk and sleaze to the DJ decks, earning recognition and respect from other DJ talents, club-goers, and promoters alike.

Danielle Nicole has been playing the flute since the age of six and the piano since she was eleven. Music has always played an important role in her life, and with her grandfather a professional singer and her father a music teacher, it was inevitable that Danielle Nicole would pursue a career in the music industry. It was during her third year at NYU that she took an interest in the art of DJing, when she was introduced to underground dance culture and instantly became an avid follower of world renowned DJ Danny Tenaglia and NYC icon Jonathan Peters. Seeing and feeling what these two artists were able to create on the dance floor was unlike anything she had ever experienced, and through these experiences she discovered that house music was her true passion.
