if then do does the business.
* Boyscout Killers *
We have been stuck in this hellish place of forced believed comfort, surrounded by the monotony it's inhabitants ultimately wear. Government workers are seen flocking every street corner. Conversations about elastic fights that broke out in the Data Entry cubicles can be felt floating over the city, something like a bad omen. Derelict roads leading to no place of interest. One of us managed to get to the other side of the world, only to find out the situation was worse there. We are forever trying to keep our sanity the only way we know how. We are the Boyscout Killers and we create.
* The Latest Artists *
Launching their duo act in Berlin, Germany during the summer of '07, and presently honing their craft in Ottawa, Canada at their monthly dj/vj residency, Tech/Tonic, The Latest Artists (Andrew + Deborah O'Malley) create coordinated audio-visual performances. Blending spontaneous dj sets with responsive real-time video mixing, they deliver a synesthetic, narrative experience.
Electric Fields is a biennial festival dedicated to the presentation of new and significant performance and installation works created at the crossroads of art, science and technology.
