The launch of the new weekly Saturday at the Civic has marked a significant addition to the Sydney social calendar, with the club busting at the seams to the best in local talent and on the 6th December, it welcomes it’s first international star to the fold…RENE AMESZ, as part of the Little Mountain Rocks Volume 1 CD series WORLD TOUR.
Rene's an experienced and versatile producer based in the Netherlands who has had releases on Deep Records, Extrema, Houseworks, Lowriders, NuRepublic and Flamingo Recs and is renowned for making cutting-edge house music with a deep edge and a certain Dutch funk. Churning out a steady stream of his unique and dirty sounding tracks, few people have displayed the disciplined approach to producing that Rene Amesz has in the last ten years.
Volume One is a compilation that contains two of Rene's original productions and three of his remixes alongside exclusive tracks from renowned artists such as Patch Park, Paul Woolford, Andy Craze, Voltaeric and many more.
Also on the night, the Sweetchilli DJs Crispin Kerr and Carlos Zarate make a welcome return alongside local support from Jasmine, Linda Jenssen, Bobby Perez & Tom Cooper.
