- Israeli DJ, producer, label manager, Shlomi Aber delivers his unique blend of tech-etched house to Cielo on Friday, 24th. In a little over two years the Tel Aviv-based owner of Be As One Records has made an impact almost second-to-none. The reason is simple: his genre-defying creations and appreciation has seen his fan base swell to the sort of status usually reserved for superstar DJs with supporters numbering Carl Craig, Pete Tong, John Digweed, and Francois K. Aber’s intoxicating rush of synthesized electronica and taut minimal techno combine to create melancholic soundscapes of deep pads in juxtapose to the hypnotic grooves. Little wonder DJ mag said: “Shlomi’s sets are full with warm and unique sounds that makes you feel like you are going back to the better days of music… you can just feel the magic in the air.�
