  • Kosmetic Surgery Returns with a second helping of Cutting-Electro House. Every so often a party comes along which captures the imagination. The launch party of London’s first all-night Cutting-Electro House night, Kosmetic Surgery was one such event. The first party was packed to the rafters and praised by clubbers as a “breath of fresh air” combining “top notch music and superb production with an excellent venue which attracted a really good looking and a very friendly eclectic crowd.” Overwhelmed by the success of the launch, the second chapter of this polysexual party is all set to return on Saturday 04 June at its home, Jacks in London Bridge. Set under two arches the second edition will serve up a delicious selection of the most upfront electro-house DJs. Professional production and killer sound systems usually associated with large-scale events are also used to create the best possible electro-experience. Bones & Ramsey who have regular and guest slots at Mulletover, and Fabric and host their own successful night Machine at On the Rocks, will be taking a trip south over the river away from their usual East End Warehouses and Hoxton haunts to treat you to the very best of their trademark East End sound. They will be joined by a live PA from the Disco Tourists. Fresh from their recent appearance at the Beauty Case Records party at Turnmills the colourful duo will also delight you will their energetic Live PA. King Roc returns to the main floor, after his floor filling set to give you another dose of his highly infectious music made for “Digital Pimps and Dirty Girls”. He’ll be joined by residents Sub:Traktor and the resident and co-promoter Tommy Four Seven. Tommy, at just 18 years, already has four residencies under his belt and stacks of material to be released later this year. Previous tracks have received Radio One airplay. Once again Room 2 will host some juicy new wave synth pop, electro clash and Electro pop including the edgy anti-fashion duo Ya Mam Ya Dad. Photographers for the launch evening were surprised to find the pair dressed in sleeping bags. They’ll be ably assisted by Jonty Skrufff. One of the most sort after DJs on the electro scene Jonty has played all the London electro parties including Golf Sale, Drama, Electrogogo as well as finding time to play gigs as far away as Brazil Completing the second room action will a Live PA from Motor Mark. Coming all the way from Scotland the duo were recently described as “The B52s get nasty” and has performed at electro parties all over the UK including Disko Kitten, Nag Nag Nag, Gravy Train and The Cock to name but a few. With friendly door staff and drinks at pub prices make sure you don’t forget your appointment at Kosmetic Surgery on 04th June, 2005. www.kosmeticsurgery.com 0795614160/ [email protected]
