GOOD ROOM presents...
MUSEUM OF LOVE ( DFA RECORDS )
Bottin (William Bottin) is producer, dj and sound designer based in Venice, Italy. Take a youth spent against a background of old Italian Giallo soundtracks, add in late 70s Italian disco influences, a touch of free and easy west-coast vibe and a smattering of kitsch. His sets are an impredictable journey into space disco, italo rarities, electro funk and nu disco.
Longtime friends Pat Mahoney ( LCD Soundsystem ) and Dennis McNany (JeeDay) started Museum of Love over a love of music and museums. They share a similar sensibility and a shared vocabulary for interpreting surroundings, with McNany writing most of the music, and Mahoney most of the words. Their debut album was released on DFA last year, and the duo have been touring ever since. They'll be DJing at Good Room with their friends in true DFA party style.
As co-founder, resident DJ, and primary creative director of Blk|Market Membership since its founding in 2006, Taimur Agha has been instrumental in building the rapidly growing New York dance community to where it now stands. Redhood (aka Blake Potter) is making his solo debut after a long career as Opencloud. Expect a night of deep sounds as the boys go all night long in the Bad Room
