Afrobeat Vibration: Encore Forge Edition!
It is real shame that our home ground venue The New Empowering Church has shut down its door permanently.. We have been growing up our vibes and energy there with our great audience for last 6 years, and we had an amazing Grande Finale as well as 6 years anniversary party in last November. Due to the highly demands from our enthusiastic followers, we have decided to have an encore session at The Forge - Camden whilst we are looking for our new home venue. We look forward to seeing you there! AFROBEAT NO GO DIE!!
Dele Sosimi was Keyboard player and musical director in both Fela Kuti's Egypt 80 and Femi Anikulapo Kuti's Positive Force.
Since then the multiple Award-winning artiste has been consistently flying the Afrobeat flag globally.
His bi-monthly live session "Afrobeat Vibration", now in its sixth year, is widely regarded as London's top under-ground event.
Deles pulsating live shows demonstrate his vision of Afrobeat - one that is faithful to the original blue-print but also bears Dele's own DNA, expanding the horizons of the genre.
