You didn't really think we could stay away all summer without throwing a party did you?
To help celebrate the Bank Holiday with style, C-Y-N-T is back for one-time only bringing you yet another another CARDIFF EXCLUSIVE.
For one night only the legendary Dave Taylor, better known as SWITCH, will be coming down to Cardiff for one down right and dirty fucked up mashup.
The man himself is a legend in his own right, and has long been at the forefront of cutting edge club music. Working alongside producers such as JESSE ROSE and SINDEN he has been the driving influence in carving out the sound we now recognise as bassy fidget house.
After blasting his way into the scene under the name of SOLID GROOVE back in 2005 with monster tracks like 'This is Sick', the man has since been responsible for some of the biggest dancefloor tracks and remixes to hit clubs worldwide.
Spanning all the way from hip-hop, to twisted afro funk, to full on bass fuelled jackin' electro, the man covers virtually every base imaginable whilst always remaining infectiously danceable.
We don't quite know what goes on in his head (and i don't think we really want to!), all we do know is that he is one of the most prolific and in-demand producers of our time, and you'd be a fool to miss out on this rare opportunity to see him in Cardiff.
When not involved in the running of his record label Dubsided, the organisation of his Fabric club night GET FAMILIAR, or in the studio working on tracks for artists like M.I.A. and Santogold, SWITCH lives in America so we are incredibly lucky to have snagged him for a set whilst he is over on these shores.
He will be coming to us directly off the back of his set at the Bugged Out tent in Creamfields, so he should be pumped up and ready to party.
This is the FIRST time SWITCH has ever been brought to Cardiff, and what better venue than the intimate surroundings of the WELSH CLUB!
In addition to that, ALL 3 FLOORS of the Clwb will be open on the night, bringing you everything from TECHNO to DUBSTEP, meaning this is well and truly the ONLY party you need to attend this Bank Holiday!
