Voting has now closed for our annual celebration of UK underground music - Best of British 2012, educated by Point Blank Music School.
You cannot have failed to notice the huge support the awards have had online, with the UK scene working hard to win your votes.
Of the many campaign virals we've seen, a couple stand out. Bicep's homage to office favourite Danny Dyer (who we are sad to say will not be presenting the awards) made us chuckle to say the least, while Seth Troxler's testicle-in-an-egg-cup canvas for his buddy Eats Everything is still a joy to behold, if a little difficult to stomach – even for the man in question.
Silly artwork aside, the real news is that we have a line-up sorted for our the award ceremony at London's Cable on Wednesday 19th December.
Joining us on the red carpet and in the DJ booth at the UK dance scene's only dedicated awards ceremony, we have the winner of the Best DJ category (to be announced on the night), Richy Ahmed, Darius Syrossian and Shadow Child, plus a very special guest who we will be announcing in the coming weeks!
The party kicks off at 8pm and will be pumping into the early hours (2am) with an awards ceremony in between. Last year's event saw the likes of Jamie Jones, Maya Jane Coles and Annie Mac scoop gongs at a rammed event scattered with the industry's most influential players.
