On Saturday 20th October Talk Is Cheap will be celebrating their 1st birthday with a big bash dedicated to the past 12 months of parties that have showcased some of house and garage music royalty.
Having launched with MK playing his first set in the UK for over 3 years, with a worlds first and exclusive live PA from Alana, Talk Is Cheap catapulted onto the scene with a challenge to live up to high expectations. Along the way they have stayed true to their belief after securing the services of some of the most celebrated figures from within their respective industries and not just based on their current popularity. Todd 'the God' Terry; Double 99; Phil Weeks; Lovebirds and many more have all been on hand to provide some seriously cool house and garage vibes across some of London’s best venues.
1 year on and with a big 1st birthday bash planned, Talk Is Cheap are celebrating in style by welcoming a number of their favourite artists to provide the soundtrack at Lightbox, one of London's coolest underground clubs, boasting an impressive bespoke Void sound system as well as more than 15,000 LEDs covering the walls of the intimate feeling main room.
Butch, Hector Couto and Flashmob will line up alongside residents and friends to party down in Vauxhall, with a beefy Soundsystem, plenty of party antics and a dancefloor full of like minded party goers.
