It’s been a busy couple of months here at messy quarters, first our rocking Kingsland Road basement party with Ittetsu and Louis Guilhem, followed by our two week tour of South Africa! With no plans to let off any steam, our next party sees us return to Kingsland Road for our first ever party at the Basing House. With a capacity of only 300, its intimate atmosphere and Funktion One soundsystem ticks all our boxes…
ANA (Harry Klein)
Nick Maleedy b2b Tony Loi (excuse the mess)
Alex Nagshineh (excuse the mess/Lo*kee)
Jordi Mas (excuse the mess)
As resident for Munich’s famous Harry Klein club and cofounder of the label, ANA’s DJ sets have seen her amass quite a following with her seamless ability to bridge the spaces between house and techno, always injecting her own element of underground funk. The Basing House soundsystem is in for a treat!
We also welcome another label boss in the form of Onirik who manages Serialism and Mean Records, both of which continue to grow in popularity on the underground circuit with a string of great releases. With a wide variety of musical influences, we look forward to Onirik’s blend of trippy house and atmospheric techno.
Excuse the mess residents Jordi Mas, Alex Nagshineh and a special back to back set from Nick Maleedy and Tony Loi completes the lineup. If you have seen the chemistry when these two artists take to the box together, you will know exactly what is in store for you on the 6th April.
As before the capacity for this party is very limited and you are strongly advised to purchase a ticket from RA to guarantee entry:
