𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗜𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗘 is a series of four open air showcase concerts presenting musicians who participated in the Amplify Berlin creative development program in 2020 and 2021. Each event features two live performances from the past artists in residence. Presented in co-operation with CURA with support of DRAUSSENSTADT, Senate Department for Culture and Europe.
𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗬 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗜𝗡 is a residency program initiated by ACUD Macht Neu, designed to support emerging Berlin-based musicians through mentorships with more established ones in order to facilitate creative development through guidance, a focused work environment and access to resources.
At CURA we curate and enable curation, inviting other collectives and labels for music, art performances, film screenings and more. Together we can develop visions for a progressive urban society that is open, inclusive and sustainable.
Cura is Latin and means healing. This is about healing and revitalizing the city and the cityscape. A space that was purely functional is redefined:The 1800m2 parking lot becomes a highly frequented, cultural, charismatic space.
This is a collaboration between collectives SEV Berlin, ROH Art and Vinylwohnzimmer.
“Curate. Connect. Include.”
