Following a punishing year and plenty of setbacks, we return to the dance with renewed energy. Our first dance at FOLD, we're coming with an all killer, no filler lineup.
Head of the consistently cutting edge UIQ label, Lee Gamble has cemented his place at the forefront of experimental British electronic music with dazzling releases on PAN and Hyberdub. His album Mnenestic Pressure was released to great acclaim, as has his Flush Release Pharynx trilogy which will be coming to a close with the release of his upcoming album A Million Pieces of You.
Always innovating and ahead of the curve, he’s known for his mind-bending sets and can be found blasting out inventive sonic transmissions on his monthly NTS show. In his world, jungle, twisted leftfield techno, glitch and all sorts of uncategorisable experimental sounds come together in a uniquely singular way. We can’t wait to see him tear Fold’s roof off.
With releases on Ilian Tape, Hessle Audio and Timedance, Laksa has been stitched into the fabric of the scene for a good while now. Known for his percussive weapons and wide range of polyrhythmic bobblers with crystalline sound design, his sets are every bit as deadly as his productions.
Manning his re:lax party and monthly NTS show with re:ni, he’s been quietly pushing the UK ‘bass’ sound in interesting directions for a good while now. We’ve been trying to get him down for time and couldn’t be happier that he’ll be shelling it at our first party back.
Finnish-born, Berlin based (by way of Edinburgh), IDA is known for her lethal sets that elegantly blend banging techno, acid and jagged broken beat – she’s not known as the Smiling Assassin for no reason.
Pilot of the long running ACID FLASH parties (which kicked off the first date of a Sub Club residency pre-pandemic) and head of Savy Records, her impeccable curation can be heard on Berlin’s Refuge Worldwide station. All her mixes impress and with a standout appearance on Hor Radio, we can guarantee that she’ll get everybody moving.
Previously guesting on the Unbound Riddims show on Netil Radio, k means is a uniquely talented selector pushing a sound that’s fully on the same wavelength as the Unbound spirit.
Known for her utterly ruthless 160 sounds, she’s got a range of melon-twisting selections that spans all the way across the BPM spectrum and across the gamut of trippy experimental techno sounds. She’ll be warming up the night for us and we just know that you’ll be in good hands as she prepares us for lift off.

The Unbound and FOLD residents come together for a first time b3b to close off the night. With an arsenal of dutty weapons between the three of them, this could either be a legendary closing set or a trainwreck of slammers strewn together.
Will this be a spectacle for the ears? Or will this be a flaming hot mess? Only one way to find out…
