About the panelists: Regan De Loggans (Mississippi Choctaw/ Ki’Che Maya) is a two-spirit activist, art historian, curator, and educator based in Brooklyn on Lenape land, and the author of the zine Let's Talk Mutual Aid: DisCakes is a NYC rave collective currently raising emergency funds for immigrants affected by Covid-19.
