As you all know, this situation can now not be escaped, but that does not mean that we cannot continue to try to support each other in these circumstances. We want to maintain the sense of solidarity that is between every single one of you that attends these events, and we hope you can extend that to the artists, venues and ourselves as we navigate through this tricky period.
With this in mind, In these extraordinary circumstances, we are asking those who can to not request a refund for cancelled events. The money will go to ensuring we as the promoter can provide many more nights to remember when we get through these turbulent times. As many of you may not know the vast majority of the industry works with narrow margins, and many are only a few losses away from going bust. By not claiming a refund, you're making a donation to help save our scene and the promoters you love. We'd like to reiterate: you should only consider forgoing your refund if you're in the financial position to do so.
If you would like a refund please head to RA, find the order in your order history and click "Refund Tickets". Your refund will be processed back into the account used to purchase your tickets. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to land in your account. You have 14 days to request refunds, after which it will no longer be available.
We're gutted about the situation we are all facing at the moment but the health and safety of our community and artists is paramount. Stay safe and look out for each other. Together we will come out of this stronger and more united, and we will have one banger of a party to celebrate it.
