We're back upstairs in Tengu's Kaizen Bar on July 19th and this time it's with a stacked line up of local talent.
Following the recent success of winning AVA emerging producer 2019 and a huge set on Red light radio, Ron Elliot is one to look out for in the coming months. Hailing from Dublin is a DJ and producer synonymous with the house and techno scene in the Irish capital.
He’s cut his teeth in Dublin’s well-known institutions such as District 8, Opium Rooms, Button Factory, and the now demolished Hangar, and can be seen hosting his own shows in Wigwam under the Shed Sessions brand.
His productions and mixes reveal a clear influence from genres such as disco, house, breakbeat, and jazz, and nowhere is this more evident than his release of the UFO EP in July of last year.
Last year also saw Ron’s first appearances outside the Emerald Isle in Amsterdam, London, and Ibiza. After previous appearances at well-known Irish festivals such as Life, BD Fest, and Higher Vision,
Ron has targeted a return to the ever-growing Irish festival scene, a return to mainland Europe, and in the studio.
Hot off a sold out techno gig in 39/40, Celbridge native Marus32x aka Dj Sonia O Sullivan will be slowing things down and showcasing a solid raw deep house set to showcase his otherside.
Northside gurriers & Illicit residents Ryan Hayden and Collie McKenna in late 2018 to create duo act 'Digital Wax'.
In this short space of time the guys have released their debut ep 'Enter The Wax' on the illicit label and have
been booked to play at numerous gigs & venues around Dublin include Tengu, Button Factory, Wigwam & District 8, supporting local & international heavyweights such as Hot since 82, Bellaire & George Feely.
