  • This is gonna be HUGE... MASSIVE THANKS to everyone who's supported Banana since we started back in May, we never thought we'd explode so quickly... :) This is by far the biggest thing we've done to date and we're really excited to pull this one off! Possibly the freshest and most original pair of DJs in the world at the moment playing at one of Manchester's most intimate and iconic venues. We have some awesome surprises in store for you including... * An EXCLUSIVE mix recorded by ZDS for BANANA * Insane Visuals from Carl Regan, Manchester's hottest VJ http://www.carlregan.co.uk/ * Give-aways and goodies from our sponsor +OBSOLETE+ http://www.obsoletehasyou.com And much more, so keep an eye out... ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ZOMBIE DISCO SQUAD Hailing from the capital, ZDS began life in 2006 after exhibiting their own breed of electro through a string of mix tapes and nights at some of the hottest clubs in London, including The Social and Catch. From here, the Squad have gone on to play Berlin (now residents at the infamous Panama Bar), Zurich and toured the States, and having the support of none other than Claude Von Stroke, the future of ZDS looks bright. Their remixes have been showcased on Radio 1 by Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Zane Lowe and with a list of influences including Baile Funk, Hip-hop, fidget house and African inspired drum beats, its easy to see why the new dynamic duo are billed to be one of the greats of 2010. If 2009 is anything to go by, next year will see these guys hit the stratosphere. http://www.zombiediscosquad.com/ URCHINS Since their remixes of Foamo, AC Slater and Malente, Austen & Will from Lincoln have been enjoying releases on labels such as Palms Out, Chew The Fat andSouthern Fried. Their latest track 'Tickets' has had some huge support and national plays from DJs such as Kissy Sell Out, Utah Saints and Kid Kaio There is LITERALLY no stopping these guys. Their brand new debut EP is out VERY soon on Palms Out Sounds and features two tracks with Spoek (of Djedjotronic's Boys Noize EP)… NOT messing about AT ALL, don't miss their midnight set! http://www.myspace.com/urchinsmusic ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ FULL LINE UP Zombie Disco Squad (Dirtybird/Made To Play) Urchins (Palms Out sounds) Joseph Goulcher (Banana) Wonky Ninja (Banana) Patchwork (Banana) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Thursday 12th November @ Jabez Clegg Entry - £6.50 adv. 10pm - 3am Tickets available now from: Skiddle.com http://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Manchester/Jabez-Clegg/Banana-w-Zombie-Disco-Squad-Urchins/11335601/ and soon from: Skiddle.com Gaffs (Fallowfield) Piccadilly Records (Manchester City Centre) 07590894133 ************************************************************************************** What's your name, what are you on, reach for the lazers, safe as f*ck.
