For this Paddy's Day gig they've confirmed a special one-off 2 hr set. This is gonna blow the roof off The Button Factory lads. We can't think of a better headline act for this one! SUPER SILLY are four musicians who first met playing gospel in their local church. The quartet of Hudis, Glory, Solo The Astronaut and Grvz bring a rare sense of passion and fun to modern live RnB, mixing classic soul, modern hip-hop and the joyous energy of their gospel roots. Basically the lads are absolutely claaaass. DONAL DINEEN is a pioneering DJ, Photographer and Filmmaker. Active on TV & radio since the '90s, Donal has more recently been running the excellent series of Backstory parties at Jigsaw. We're delighted to have him see out the last hour of music on the BF stage MERUTERIA is a collective party based in Dublin, bringing groovy and rhythmic songs from all over the globe. From hip hop to samba, afrobeat to afro-house, funk to kuduro, disco to house. All blended with a touch of Brazil and Africa. MOVING STILL is Jamal Sul, Irish / Saudi DJ & producer. He performed his debut live set at Woweembeem in November & has just released a banging edit on DAR DISKU. He also just did a guestmix for Nabihah Iqbal on BBC's Asian Network show. All round top boyo! PAPAYA is a musical project spilling out of the minds of those who love too groove for those who love to move. ...plus some more bits to announce! Lads Ireland is amazing. We have so many incredible musicians, bands & DJs here in Dublin now, and all over the country. What better way to celebrate St. Patrick than a 12-piece afrobeat band blowing your head clean off. And Super Silly on the warmup vibes. Then some Brazilian, African & Arabic jams from the lads Jamal, Louis & Pablo. Solid ..as a rock! Woweembeem: occasional parties and mixtapes promoting music from Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean / French West Indies, South America and all corners of the globe. Celebratory sounds to nourish the soul. All nations under a groove.
