Houghton is a strictly aged 18+ event. There will be strictly no entry to those who are under the age of 18. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds to those refused entry on the day.
In a stand against the secondary ticket market and ticket touting, as well as major entry issues due to the risk of duplicate/unofficial tickets, Houghton Festival does not support tickets from 3rd party reseller platforms including ViaGoGo, SeatWave and Ticket Swap.
All ticket holders will require the original buyer or the original buyer’s ID (a photocopy of a driving license or passport) to be present at the gate at the time of entry. The validity of tickets purchased from unapproved 3rd party sites cannot be guaranteed, and the purchase is entirely at your own risk.
To prevent issues on the door with fake and duplicate tickets you will not be able to download your ticket/barcode until 48 hours before the Houghton begins. This means any tickets sold prior to this will be fake.
After this point, you’ll be able to download your ticket order by logging into your user account and selecting the order from ‘My Tickets’.
Your tickets will also be available for download in the RA Guide app.
We work exclusively with our official ticket partner Resident Advisor to provide a fair and authorised method of reselling tickets. This system allows a ticket purchase for the face value of the original sale. Keep visiting our Resident Advisor ticket page as tickets that are resold by previous purchasers will immediately become available.
