Ellen Allien, Heidi Sabertooth, Alison Swing, Mike Gushansky

  • A techno lover from the start, Ellen Allien has spent many years growing a global reputation as a DJ and producer as well as pushing the genre forward through her label Bpitch Control. Ellen comfortably blends and weaves a hypnotic pattern of her style of techno, acid house, minimal jams, abstract electro and freaky house slammers. Absorbing the space and the energy of the dancers, she creates something mysterious and progressive for the there and then. Extraterrestrial Allien Dance is taking place. Ellen returns to Good Room on 11.16 ahead of her latest release 'Take a Stand' on 11.23. The remix EP includes three interpretations that highlight and amplify the original track’s vigour. From Kobosil’s anthemic rave bomb to Jonas Kopp’s hypnotic percussion rework and Cosmin TRG’s atmospheric take on the original track, these remixes elevate the unrestrained power of “Take a Stand” to new levels. Ellen will be joined by Heidi Sabertooth. Heidi is a staple in the Brooklyn techno scene with her party Techno Support Group and releases on Motor Records and Lost Soul Enterprises. LA's Alison Swing and Mike Gushansky are taking over the Bad Room for the evening. Alison is a DJ, promoter, and self-described vinyl junkie who dedicated herself to exploring sounds that can make a body move. Mike is an As You Like It resident & Redline LA co-founder who plays house to make you bounce. *d&b audiotechnik supplied by Oxygen Eventworks* **Good Room is a safe space for all people.
