Number 90 announces a brand new series of events - Thursday Night Live. The series of events launches on Thursday 6th September with the compelling Sarah-Louise Barbett aka Musique Chienne.
Musique Chienne is a full-time artist, a diverter, thinking head, free thinker, walker and solitary dreamer, a woman without collar or leash who produces a dancing and energising music that is pop, electronic and compelling.
Coming from a musical niche which is still fresh and unexplored, Sarah-Louise Barbett aka MUSIQUE CHIENNE returns with “La Maison de Billy”, an introspective tale about the perplex and romantic universe of a dog named Billy.
"La Maison de Billy" combines Sarah-Louise Barbett’s love of the canine race and her playing of the vibraphone. An album that is both direct and complex, built on synthetic sound, with woody acoustics, somewhere between electronic dance-floor, naive surrealist song and classical percussion.
