Disco Halal Summer Party

  • Disco Halal throws its biggest London party to date at one of the capital's best clubs.
  • Hailing from Israel’s buzzing capital, Disco Halal has always presented a modern take on its distinctly Middle Eastern roots. This Summer, the label celebrates these roots, curating a Hackney Wick double-header; canal-side brunch club by day, followed by warehouse party at night. ★ PART 1: DISCO HALAL x SALON ★ The seed was planted at Glastonbury 2017. With Nicholas Balfe's Salon team catering for DJs & guests backstage at the Beat Hotel, it wasn’t long before ('Halal boss) Moscoman and Balfe began comparing notes on Tel Aviv’s food scene. Mosco explains.. "Nicholas and I met while he was serving the most surreal dinner in the middle of field. I was hooked and went back for seconds! I'm happy we got the chance to create an event together, mixing both our two passions, Music & Food/Disco Halal & Salon (not necessarily in that order). We took upon ourselves to create the perfect menu and soundtrack, sharing our point of view on music and food, drawing on my Middle Eastern heritage and Nicholas' deep understanding of the cuisine itself." Ticket price includes entry two-course brunch (two options per course) Music from Disco Halal All-Stars, Salon Soundsystem & New Business DJs 12pm – 4pm Secret canal-side terrace **Limited to 100 places** ★ PART 2: DISCO HALAL & FRIENDS ★ After a packed-out performance at Field Day, Moscoman returns to London, joined by a stellar line-up of invited guests. Flying in from LA, ESP Institute honcho Lovefingers joins BuggedOut regular Kiwi and NTS resident Kasra V, for a night of eastern electronics, kaleidoscopic found sounds and hamam house.
