  • Queer club kids come out to play for a new night called Gardens, which celebrates house music new and old.
  • GARDENS celebrates the queer + intersectional narratives of house music, with a dancefloor centered around safety and openness to everyone. Our lineups showcase established house legends alongside rising acts from around the globe, with a second room to explore darker territories via local techno and club DJs from the many corners of queer NYC nightlife. Art by Myles Emmons DJ Heather A premiere fixture of Chicago’s rich house music scene, the iconic DJ Heather has spent decades transforming dance floors around the world into spaces of pure bedlam and bliss. Heather is a resident at Chicago’s Smart Bar, the boss at Blackcherry Recordings, and has released records with labels such as OM Records, Nordic Trax, and Fabric. A longtime collaborator and peer of Collette, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina and countless other legends, Heather crafts sets that are soulful love letters to Chicago and the timelessness of house music. Cinthie Cinthie’s career began as a teenager spinning at clubs in the ‘90s, and she has since secured her place as a figurehead of house music in Berlin. A resident at Watergate, Cinthie is known for her virtuosic, all-vinyl DJ sets and her deep, driving production style. She is the creative mind behind the Beste Modus and Unison Wax labels where she releases unpretentious, floor-ready house music. Her latest is a springy, blissful remix of Kerri Chandler’s Checkmate, released on Watergate Records in October. -- FAQ/WTF?
