At home on the French Riviera, B-Cult forged his dj skills in the early days of electronic music. Alway electric- always surprising, B-Cult’s sound is a propulsive blend of techno that never forgets it’s sensual side. His dynamic dj sets can soar from the acid-house of Chicago to the rhythms and dancefloor genius of Detroit while never losing their French Touch. Drawn to the decks at a young age, he began hosting his own club nights while still a teenager. Since then, his ability to bring his powerful sound to any dancefloor from house to techno has amazed clubbers and fellow DJs throughout the world. Moving from the Riviera’s capital, Nice, to London in 1998, B-Cult was the resident of “ The Player” in the heart of Soho. After stints in Paris, Nantes, and Martinique in the West Indies, he returned to Nice in 2004 to become both resident DJ and music director of the most famous and frequented house techno club on the French Riviera- “Le Klub”.  For 7 years B-Cult was behind the turntables 5 nights a week. His unrelenting schedule brought him much respect from other DJs and has given him his sixth sense of knowing exactly how to make a dancefloor explode. During his residency he shared the decks with the biggest names of the international circuit including Josh Wink, Derrick May, and Jeff Mills.  He is at his ease next to the best and has garnered the respect of top djs such as Beroshima, Jennifer Cardini, and DJ Wild. Inspired by the enormous energy and freedom of electronic music, B-Cult launched his own label, Freiheit Records, in 2008. Geared towards DJs, the goal of Freiheit is to create a source of tracks that are both fresh and playable.  Freiheit is proud to include the likes of Rene Breitbarth and Brother’s Vibe among it’s artists and remixers. As a producer, B-Cult has released his own tracks on Muller Records, Catwash, and, of course, his own label Freiheit Records. In addition to techno bombs like “ Niegung” and Place Massena” many of these tracks show off a nuanced deep-house vibe that is just another color on B-cult’s varied palette. Back once again on the Riviera, B-cult is now based in Monte-Carlo. He can currently be found playing in Germany, Japan, and, of course, throughout his native France. He has been a guest of parties such as Velour (Osaka) and GMF (Berlin) and appears at festivals, clubs, and events throughout the world. While his true passion remains behind the turntables, B-cult now adds producer, club music director, and label manager to his bag of tricks. All these attributes unite to make B-cult a truly dynamic voice in the electronic music scene of today.
