The artists met in Berlin not long after Yazzus went to a party run by Mala Junta, a collective cofounded by Hyperaktivist, DJ TOOL and door selector Nayme Hassany. Yazzus was asked to be a resident and has collaborated with the crew extensively, playing their shows and helping curate lineups ever since.
